Can tenants see each other's bookings?

The booking grid shows which times are taken, not who took them. Building staff see the full diary.

What happens when free hours run out?

Your call: the app can warn and allow extra hours at your rate, or block bookings until the new month. Extra hours are tracked automatically and never double-charged.

Can I block out closure dates?

Yes. Add a closure date and that day shows as Closed in the booking calendar. Daily opening hours work the same way — outside them, slots show as out of hours.
